This section explains each of the properties in the configuration blade.

General

Property
Description

Collection

This associates the Agent to a specific Collection (default to that of the current Data Stream).

Alter Options

The grid is pre-filled with the input payload attributes. Amend the properties to rename, reorder or remove them in the output payload.

Property
Description

Input Column

The column or attribute of the input payload to manipulate.

Output Alias

The name to use in the outgoing payload (default to the input column).

Order

The numeric sort order to use in the outgoing payload (default to the input order).

Exclude

Tick to remove the attribute from the outgoing payload.

Before configuring the Transformation, please ensure that its input endpoint is connected to a parent Agent which will be sending data to it.

Endpoints

Name
Description

Input

This endpoint is used to receive data from the parent Agent.

Output

Events received from the parent Agent are made available to this endpoint attributes altered as per the configuration. Event data is not affected.

Error

Errors encountered during the execution of this Agent will be published on this endpoint.
