Data Conversion
Data conversion is a process that converts data from one type to another.
XMPro provides a convenient Transformation that can be used to achieve this easily in a Data Stream. The agent allows you to change the data type of an input column; with the result being the existing column or a new column.
This is useful when your data is not in the format required for processing, for example, a string to be processed as a number.
