Infor SunSystems

Infor SunSystems is a comprehensive financial management software solution designed to help organizations manage their financial operations with flexibility and control. It provides robust capabilities for financial reporting, budgeting, multi-currency management, and compliance across multiple locations and entities. SunSystems offers deployment options both in the cloud and on-premise, with easy integration to most interfaces via a REST API.

The Infor SunSystems Action Agent allows you to perform operations on their SunSystems Cloud platform using their available APIs.

Pre-requisites

• API Metadata File Configuration: In the SunSystems Cloud OS > API Gateway > Available APIs > SunSystems section of the Dashboard. Create a Metadata File Configuration based on the provided list of Available APIs. See User > SunSystems Connect > SunSystems API overview of the SunSystems Infor Documentation Library.

• Authentication (.ionapi file): In the SunSystems Cloud OS > API Gateway > Authorized Apps section of the Dashboard, use a Backend Service Password Credentials type and download the credentials (.ionapi). The contents will be used in the configuration to authenticate your API requests. See Administrator > API Gateway > Administration > Authorized Apps of the Infor OS Infor Documentation Library
