Salesforce

The Salesforce Agents enable you to read and write to Salesforce objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Reports.

The Listener allows you to retrieve the current values of a Salesforce object to the Data Stream.

The Context Provider allows you to read and output the entire contents of a Salesforce object to the Data Stream for contextual data.

The Action Agent allows you to create new records for a specified Salesforce object, from the Data Stream. For example, you can use this Agent to create new Opportunities or Work Orders in Salesforce.

Pre-requisites

The following is required to use this Agent:

• The user account of a Salesforce instance.

• The Connected App OAuth details.
