This section explains each of the properties in the configuration blade.
Before configuring the Reader, please ensure that its input endpoint is connected to a parent Agent which will be sending data to it.
Collection
This associates the Agent to a specific Collection and defaults to that of the current Data Stream
Base URL
The base URL provided by Nanoprecise.
Username
The user name to use for authentication.
Password
The password to use for authentication.
Organization
The name of the organization for authentication.
Company
The name of the company from which the data is fetched.
The columns returned by each operation depend on the Operation selected.
Operation
The Operation options to execute are:
Get Graph Data - Returns the Graph Type and its column values.
Graph Type
The Graph type to be monitored.
Tag IDs Mapping
The column or attribute of the input payload that contains the comma separated list of Nanoprecise Tag IDs for which the data is to be fetched.
Duration Type
The type of duration: Days, Hours, Minutes, or Seconds
Duration Value
The numeric value corresponding to the Duration Type specified.
Columns To Return
The columns which the Agent should return. If no columns are specified, the Agent will return all the columns from the table.
Input
This endpoint is used to receive data from the parent Agent
Output
The read events will be made available to this endpoint with attributes matching those specified in the Columns To Return property.
Error
Errors encountered during the execution of this Agent will be published on this endpoint.
