Threshold Monitor

The Threshold Monitor Transformation is used to detect when properties exceed pre-set threshold values. It will output a single record when a property exceeds its configured threshold, and will not output for that property again until it has returned to within expected values. 
It can be used to provide basic actionable items, for example, by monitoring an oil reservoir and outputting when the amount of oil dips below a configured value.
